CANCELLATION POLICY
A 75% cancellation fee will apply to any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. After 5 minutes, your appointment will be canceled & the 75% fee will be collected. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late but choose to keep your appointment, a 25% late fee will be added to your total.
